How long does delivery take?
If you are in the uk delivery takes 2 – 4 days. International shipping takes 5 – 12 days. If you have ordered an item that is on pre-order it will be dispatched within two weeks, plus delivery time.
What is pre order and why does delivery take longer?
We have items on pre-order for a few reasons, some of which:
• It’s a pre-sale of the collection
• To reduce inventory & These items will be coming directly from Dubai.
Can I return/ exchange my item?
All pre-order sales are final and we do not offer returns on them. All none pre-order items can be exchanged within 6 days of receiving purchase providing they still have the tags on, are unused, unworn and unwashed.
I got my order and somethings wrong, what do I do?
Uh oh! If you’ve received your order and something’s wrong with it we need to be notified within 5 day of receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect we’ll need a photo when you contact us to help! Murr De Murr is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
What if I never received my item?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you t o investigate. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier.

Yes, we ship packages to PO Boxes.

Yes we do offer a wholesale service. Please contact customer services to enquire.
Do the stones, diamonds & beads stay on the garment?
The stones durability is dependant on the type of method used when applying the stones to the garments. The beads that are hand sewn are most durable. The diamontes glued on are also very durable however it is very likely some might shed from time to time. If not proper cared for the stones will still shed regardless of the stones. These Abayas are delicate and must be treated with care.
How do I care for my garments?
To keep your Murr De Murr garments looking great wash after wash, by following the instructions on the garment tag. We advice hand wash or dry clean only on all products.
• Please read the garment care in the label, some items are to be wiped clean only.
